Our rugs are woven by hand, and then carefully washed and dried. Please note that the current lead times for Illi rugs range from 6 to 8 weeks with larger rugs potentially requiring extended drying periods.

Our rugs are handmade with care and attention to detail. Minor variations in colour, pattern, or size are a natural characteristic of handmade items.

If you live in US, UK or Europe, shipping costs including customs duty is on us.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs (including customs duty) in other countries.

While each Illi rug comes accompanied by a detailed care guide to help keep your rug in beautiful condition, we always suggest vacuuming regularly, especially during the first 3 weeks to prevent debris build up and rotating the rug to ensure even wear.

It’s recommended that you shake your Illi rug outside, in the sun if possible, for a couple of hours, preferably once year.

Clean spills immediately with a mixture of lukewarm water and just a little natural detergent.

Professional cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning.
